For the first time in Europe, heavy rock legends Acid King will be celebrating their 1999 release Busse Woods by performing the iconic album in its entirety! Originally released as a CD on Man’s Ruin Records Busse Woods has gained a near-mythic status, especially with its Vinyl, CD and Cassette reissues, and is still highly revered by fans and critics alike with over 6 million streams online. Engineered and Co-Produced with Billy Anderson, provides a powerful, physical low-end that is key to the album’s sound. The album’s title refers to a Forest Preserve, a real place located in the Suburbs of Chicago, where the band’s front woman Lori S. used to meet with friends as a teenager listening to Black Sabbath and partaking in mind altering drugs.
